 If so:

 1. I envy you, I've never read a comic book, except for some Spider Man issues.

 2. Well, share your experiences, who was your favourite superhero, favoutrite writer, closest comic shop, etc.

I read The Beano, Sonic the Comic and a bit of Jurassic Park throughout my childhood, but after that I didn't really get into any comics in my teens - the universes are all so expansive that it's hard to know where to begin, and I found I'd much rather just watch a movie anyway...

As an adult though, recently I read Watchmen, which blew my mind and so I expanded my horizons back into a couple of comic books again. I'm not collecting any comics every week (though it would be kinda cool, to have an issue to look forward to and stuff, I can't really think of any series which particularly interests me), but I've read a few graphic novels since, including WE3, Batman: City of Crime and Kid Eternity. I read a Ghost Rider one but didn't particularly like it, but yeah, I can see myself enjoying a few graphic novels.

I also used to read some manga comics, like The Guyver and Slayers, but then they started translating them back to front, like keeping the pages so that they read from right to left like they do in Japan (something about preserving the artwork... personally I'd rather preserve the flow of the visual narrative by having it flipped to the direction I'm used to), so I don't read them anymore.

Cool. I was raised to believe that comic books are for kids. Mainly because there are basically no comic store in the place where I live.

Well, I definitely did, but I'm probably younger then some people, so I guess I still am growing up with them.
