http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celebrity_Deathmatch

Episode list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Celebrity_Deathmatch_episodes

It was a pretty nice idea, but some of the matches they make are just weird. It's still a good show.

If you've seen the show and you decide post a comment, try to list matches you would've like to see in the show. You can also put in special celebrity guests either as referees, commentators, or audience members. If you also have a fight specialty, put that up too. Make sure the fight also hasn’t been done before, unless you want the person who originally lost to win.

The asterisks (*) at the end of someone’s name represents who would win the match. The letter D at the end of someone’s name represents who dies in the match. If you put a question mark (?) at the end of the D, that means the death is unconfirmed.

(Don't take the following list as an indication that I hate any of the people that "die" in these matches. Their are a few people in the list that I do not like but will not name right now.)

Here’s my list:

Michelle Yeoh(*) vs. Cynthia Rothrock(D), Special guest audience member: Jackie Chan

Zhang Ziyi(D) vs. Zhao Wei(D) vs. Xu Jinglei(D) vs. Zhou Xun(D), Special guest audience member: Ikue Ōtani(*).

Ang Lee(D) vs. Joel Schumacher(D), Special guest audience member: Stan Lee(*)

Ashlee Simpson(D) and Pete Wentz(D) vs. Rhianna(*) and Chris Brown(D), Special guest audience members: Patrick Stump and Kayne West, Fight Specialty: As Chris Brown is not allowed to see Rhianna anymore, he is forced to wear a blindfold for the match.

Adolf Hitler(D) vs. Kim Jong-il(D)

Kurt Russell(*) vs. all-comers: Dennis Quaid(D), Tom Selleck(D), and Dolph Lundgren(D)

Alfred Hitchcock(*) vs. Rod Serling(D)

Helen Hunt(*) vs. Leelee Sobieski(D)

Zac Efron(*) vs. Aaron Carter(D), Special guest audience members: Jesse McCartney(D) and New Kids on the Block(D)

Gerald Butler(D) and Rodrigo Santoro(D) vs. Jackie Earle Haley(*) and Billy Crudup(*), Special guest referee: Zack Snyder, Fight Specialty: A coin is flipped to see what the ring would be decorated like, heads would be a 300 styled ring, tails would be a Watchmen styled ring. The coin landed on heads.

John Astin(*) vs. Raúl Juliá(D), Fight Specialty: The ring is decorated like the Addams Family house.

Jaleel White(*) vs. all-comers: Freddy Savage(D), Chris Burke(D), and Dustin Diamond(D?), Special guest audience member: “Captain” Lou Albano(D), Fight Specialty: Jaleel’s last opponent was originally Dustin Diamond, but then Albano showed up and started to fight Jaleel

O. J. Simpson(D) vs. Joe Namath(*)

Paul Walker(D) vs. Clive Owen(*)

That is some list.   I haven't seen a celebrity deathmatch in a long time it was a funny bit.

What list of matches would you like to see?

By the way, here's a Youtube video of a Celebritry Deathmatch:

Celebrity Deathmatch Sylvester Stallone vs Arnold Schwarzenegger Full versionDQ

Can someone explain to me what that Stallone regenerating thing was a reference to?

Stallone regenerating is a reference to the t-1000 in Terminator 2.

If it were today I would like to see matches like Michael Bay vs Critics, Roger Ebert vs Vincent Gallo and even Nicolas Cage vs anybody.

So if Nicholas Cage fought againist George Burns, you would enjoy that.

By the way, Wasn't the role of T-1000 played by Robert Patrick, not Sylvester Stallone?
