 Grand Theft Auto is one of the most well known game series.

 I've played all of them, except for Vice City Stories. My favourite gta is either San Andreas or gta 4...

 Anyhow, share your thoughts, knowledge and opinions about the series here.

I don't know why... but I hate the gta series. It's just not my taste of video games. I'm more of a Gears of War/Halo/Zombie game type of gamer. I'm not into the open world games and especially when it's in modern times, but man I still remember when I was 10 and I had gta:Vice City. I had a blast playing that, but all I really did was go on rampages and that got pretty boring after awhile and the story isn't very well-written at all.

Oh man, I love the gta series.  I've played all the games except for Grand Theft Auto IV because my PC can't run it.  I have a copy of gtaIV but don't know whether I should keep it or just give it away.  Anyway, this is a great series of games and my favorite is Grand Theft Auto iii because of the gritty, dark feeling of the city and everything just feels so dirty.  That's something none of the other gta games have been able to recreate.

I did voice work for gta iv. it was an awesome experience and I got to see myself in the game and run me over with the car! I never liked the older gta games but something about gta iv I just liked so much. Plus, online was awesome.  Anybody still got it I'll be glad to take you in my stolen car and jump off cliffs as we take out rival gangs.

What was/were your line(s) in gta iv as a ped, if you can remember?

I had 2 pages of lines that ranged from "Am I the Only one who knows how to FU!#ng drive here?' to a range of spanish curses. It was a whole lot of fun, I had to stand in those sound proof booths and the guy would motivate me by saying "Ok, Some guy just got in your car and told you to get out! you say..."

"You picked the wrong $!@ FU!#$ER Bendejo!"  and then he would go 'niiiiiice" ok , next..you're walking and some guy pushes you ...

mostly if you hear a guy cursing in spanish chances are it's me.  My favorite part of the experience was after I did my line the guy would ask me what I just said and I would translate the curse and he would go "oh my god what a terrible game" he said that like 4 times, hilarious.

It's a solid game that would make a good movie. The missions got repetitive but only after you've played the game for like 60 hours, there is SO much to do in the game and just when you think you've done it all you shoot some random bird flying around and that opens up another challenge. It's one of the best games I've played last year.

Fury, how did you even get to do voice acting. Did you do a contest or something?

 When I'm gonna play gta 4 again, I'm going to pay attention to the guy in the spanish races. 
 Can't believe I know someone who did voice work for gta 4!

 And yes, gta 4 has a very good plot, a movie is a must....but usually movies based on games go wroong...because of Uwe Boll...and so on. The only good good game-based movies are the Resident Evil movies.

Haha I think the gta games have always been fun. I have most of them but haven't really played them much except gta IV. Really fun game. Fury, I think I've played you online before, haven't I?

I'm stil playing GTa 4 to this day, i got it on release and i still havn't finished it!
I think i have heard the quote about the car many a times, but to think it was you, i would never of guessed. We should all make a date to go online and meet up in a party then go on to free mode via xbox live, that would be quite fun
